HOW IT WORKS
How a commercial dog washing machine works
- Load the dog. The dog walks or is lifted into the cabin, and the door is closed. A staff member or the owner stays beside the machine.
- Wash. Warm water and shampoo are sprayed through multiple nozzles. The program controls water temperature and shampoo dosing.
- Condition and rinse. A conditioner step and a clean-water rinse follow.
- Dry. Warm airflow dries the coat inside the cabin. Drying must be supervised at all times – the operator watches the dog through the window and can stop the program at any moment.
- Clean the cabin. After the dog is taken out and the door is closed, the UV and ozone cabin disinfection cycle runs, so the next dog starts in a clean cabin.

Plan these items with your contractor before the machine arrives:
- Power: A dedicated circuit is required. Both models are configured for North American voltage and frequency; the exact rating is confirmed for your project before production. Installation must be done by a licensed electrician according to local code.
- Water supply: Hot and cold water connection close to the machine.
- Drainage: A floor drain or drain line sized for the wash cycle.
- Ventilation: Good room ventilation for warm, humid air.
- Doorways and access: Check that the machine size (see table) fits through your doors, corridors and elevator.
- Unloading: The machine ships on a pallet; arrange a forklift or pallet jack at delivery.

Safety and comfort: supervised washing, every time
Pet safety is the first rule of any wash and dry system. VORIO machines are designed for supervised use:
- A staff member or the owner stays with the dog for the whole cycle, including drying.
- The cabin window lets the operator watch the dog at all times, and the program can be stopped at any moment.
- Cleaning and disinfection run only after the dog has been removed and the door is closed.
- Introduce nervous dogs gradually, and do not use the machine for dogs that are unwell, very young, elderly or heat-sensitive without advice from a veterinarian.
We do not recommend or market the machine for unattended use.
